Nothing. Consultations are always free and confidential, in person, by phone or by video.
How do you get paid for injury cases?
We work on contingency. You pay nothing upfront and no fee unless we recover money for you.
How long will my case take?
Many injury cases settle in 6–18 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Any police reports, medical records, insurance letters or court papers you have. If you don't have them, that's fine.
Do I have to go to court?
Most cases settle, but we prepare every case as if it will go to trial, which leads to better offers.
Is there a deadline to file?
Yes. In Georgia most injury claims must be filed within two years. Contact us as soon as possible.
